Charlottetown, PE – Thousands of home and outdoor enthusiasts came together at the Eastlink Centre in Charlottetown last weekend at the 2024 PEI Home Show collocated with the PEI Outdoor Show. The 3-day event took place March 1st through 3rd.
The family-favourite event showcased the latest innovative products on the market and offered visitors the chance to get expert advice and inspiration for every project. The outdoor component featured RVs, boats, powersports, and other essentials to get equipped for the upcoming warmer seasons.
“What an amazing turnout last weekend.” says Pat Steeves, Show Manager. “This event is a staple for the community here on the island and we were happy to see some familiar faces on the show floor.”
The seminar stage feature was a huge on Saturday and Sunday of the show as local experts presented on various topics for home improvement.
CBC was also on-site again this year with LIVE appearances from the lovable family-favourite Daniel Tiger from the CBC Kids show Daniel Tiger’s Neighbourhood. CBC personalities were also on-site all weekend long at the CBC living room.
Visitors were invited to scan the QR Code at the door for a chance to win a Hearth and Ember BBQ and a $1500 gift certificate to Island Grown Sod. Congratulations to this year’s winner: Donnie MacLean.
The PEI Outdoor Show was also giving away an ATV and eBike from Toy Master Motorsports! Congratulations to Amy DesRoche for winning the Taubik e-bike. Also, a big congratulations to William Bruce for winning the ATV.
Special Olympics PEI is the Charity of Choice at the PEI Provincial Home Show. The booth sold a record-breaking 900 units of ADL chocolate milk and raised over $6780 for the organization!
