The Colchester County Home Show was excited to mark two and a half decades of home improvement last weekend at the Rath Eastlink Community Centre. With longstanding roots in the region, plenty of new and familiar faces alike came out in thousands to witness another impressive show!

There was a lot to take in this year, with additional features and outdoors exhibits, prize giveaways, free cake, and a Friday afternoon admission special that brought us strong numbers for Friday afternoon. Favourable weather throughout the weekend encouraged families to make the trek to the show and start planning their spring home projects.

We had an excellent variety of exhibitors this year – indoors and out, big or small, anything a homeowner might have needed was onsite to get inspired for upcoming renovations. We have heard great things about sales and lead generation on this year’s show floor as well!

A special thank you to our 2018 door prize sponsor, Warmth by Design! Two winners at the show were drawn as follows:

– Kim Galvin won the Napoleon Gun Metal Patio Heater

It was a pleasure to partner once again with the Truro Colchester Chamber of Commerce to bring together the community for an event that benefits many different sectors of the home improvement industry, and related fields. It is great to see hard work and planning pay off with a great show of the community at this event.
