Halifax Hosts Region’s Top Home Event
Of The Season This Week

Halifax, NS – The Halifax Exhibition Centre is gearing up to host the new Halifax Fall Home Show later this week, October 4th through 6th. This event will bring together home improvement specialists from across the province for a weekend full of home inspiration.
The event will have many family-friendly features including a seminar stage, demonstration stage, food drive, a kid’s corner and more! Some exciting things to look out for include:
- Mad Science workshop for kids Saturday at 1pm and Sunday at 2pm
- Food Drive in support of Feed NS, visitors are encouraged to bring a non-perishable item to the event
- HGTV’s Adam Weir on the Sunly presentation stage both Saturday and Sunday. Full schedule below:
A demonstration stage with appearances by Milwaukee Tools by The Home Depot, Aerosealing by Sweep Home Efficiency and Air Quality, Epicure Demonstration, and a session on how to make delicious lattes and espresso martinis from Saltwinds Coffee.
Tradespeople who work in home improvement industries are encouraged to participate in Trade Day! Friday October 4th, the show is offering FREE admission to all home-related tradespeople and members of local home organizations or associated organizations. Visitors are also encouraged to fill out a ballot at the show to be entered for the chance to win a custom Living Stone countertop and installation courtesy of The Home Depot, valued at $5000.
Tickets are now available online. Admission is $5 in advance and will increase to $6 at the door. To see who will be exhibiting, please check out the full list on our website.
